The committee was Bill Bowers, with the help of Dave Locke, Bill Cavin, Larry Tucker, Leah Zeldes Smith, Pat Mueller, Richard Brandt, Fred Haskell, Edd Vick, Frank Johnson, Debbie Rigdon, Bill Cavin, and Linda Bushyager.
