A longtime L.A. fan and conrunner, Bobbi Armbruster joined LASFS in 1974. She was one of the founders of SCIFI, co-chaired Smofcon 32 and has worked on many Worldcons; she was one of the Flying Monkees at Chicon 7. She is a facilities expert.
At the MidAmeriCon masquerade in 1976, she and Marjii Ellers received an award as "Best Pussies in Show," presented by Sally Rand.
She is on the bidcom of Los Angeles in 2026.
