Shirley Jean Booher was a California fan active in the 1940s and ’50s, a member of The Outlanders, who co-edited Issues 9 and 11 of their clubzine The Outlander with Anna Moffatt.
Len Moffatt mentions her as his niece in The Outlander 7.
