The Chicon III proceedings were published in 1963 by Advent:Publishers. They were a transcript of Chicon III, the 1962 Worldcon which had been recorded. It was edited by Earl Kemp.

The Proceedings were provided to any attending member for free (plus .50c postage), to non-attending members for $1.50 and to non-members for $3.50.

In August 2012 at Chicon 7, Merry Blacksmith Press released a reprint of the Proceedings including a new introduction by Author GoH Mike Resnick, an afterword by Chicon III Chair Earl Kemp, and reproductions of the Chicon III program book.
