Steve Tolliver was the fan name of Fred Langley (later, Steve Langley), an LA area fan active in the 1960s. He was a member of LASFS, 20th Century Fandom and the Nameless Ones. He was one of the organizers of Unicorn Productions and chaired Westercon 18 in 1965.

He married Sylvia Dees on March 25, 1966, as reported in Ratatosk 31 (March 26, 1966, p. 2).
