A fanzine pubbed by David Shafer of Cincinnati beginning in 1954.

Dick Geis reviewed the first ish in Psychotic 16: “A ten page mimeographed first issue of a curiously bad zine. From the tone of the writing in the editorial it is evident that a group of en­thusiastic teen-agers turn it out. The writing level is about what you'd expect. The curious aspect is the ancient brown-with-age colored paper on which it is mimeod. Dry and brittle, it looks at least ten years old.”

It’s not known whether their were subsequent issues.
