Rose Secrest was a Tennessee fan and author.

She edited the fan anthology, Geep!, the Book of the National Fantasy Fan Federation, in 1987.

She later wrote Glorificemus: A Study of the Fiction of Walter M. Miller, Jr.

She was married to fellow fan Michael Peralta.
