Fanzine edited by Alex Heatley. He writes on eFanzines.com:

"Phlogiston was a New Zealand fanzine, mostly sercon, which ran from 1984 to 1996 mostly quarterly. It published columns by the Bearded Triffid and many others (Tim Jones, David Harvey). Also interviews with a number of authors, including Roger Zelazny, Joe Haldeman, Larry Niven, Dan Simmons.

"For a number of years Phlogiston was the sole semi-regular non-clubzine published in New Zealand."
