Ohio Valley Filk Fest 12 was a filk convention held October 25-27, 1996 in Columbus, OH. GoH: Dave Clement, Listener Guest: Ann Cecil, Interfilk Guest: Nick Smith. It was chaired by Shelby Bartellis and Jan Wagner and the toastmaster was Leslie Fish.
