Norcon 16, the Norwegian Natcon, also ShadowCon 5 and Multicon 2000, was held July 13-16, 2000 at Helga Eng’s House and Sophus Lies Auditorium at Blindern, University of Oslo, in Oslo, Norway. The GoH was Ingar Knudtsen.
