(???? -- )

Joseph Nicholas is a British fan, editor, reviewer, and member of the British Science Fiction Association. He was on the Novacon committee. He won GUFF in 1981.

He edited issues of the BSFA house magazine Paperback Parlour -- before it changed its name to Paperback Inferno -- from 1979 to 1985. He contributed several magic items to the Treasure Chest column in White Dwarf 5.

He was an old British Leftist, and at least one of his fanzines -- Fuck the Tories gives some indication of his approach to politics... He was involved in Labour Party politics at a low level. See File 770 60, p. 13 and File 770 60, p. 2 p18.
