Most conventions offer tables to bids, clubs, conventions and other groups to use for purposes of publicity.
Table holders are usually not allowed to sell products, but can typically sell memberships and take donations.
Fan tables are usually provided for free. The tables tend to be located in the main hallways of the hotel, outside the function spaces. Larger cons, which take place in convention centers, often have the tables in the Huckster Room or Exhibits space; these tables may have a fee.
