Evelyn Dolores Chappell, a Tulsa, OK, fan active in the 1950s, was a member of the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation and art editor and co-publisher of its clubzine Nite Cry. She chaired Oklacon III.

She married Don Chappell in 1947 and they had a son, David, in 1952. Don called her Dolores, but she used Evelyn in their fanzine.
