Elayne F. Pelz, an LA area fan and conrunner, is a member of LASFS (and officer) and SCIFI and has worked on numerous conventions: Worldcons, Westercons, and regionals, mainly in art show and treasury.

She was the second wife of BNF Bruce Pelz, whom she married in 1974. She assumed leadership of Conagerie, the 2002 Westercon, upon Bruce's death, and the con was held successfully. She chaired Loscon 20.
