Douglas Bell is a fanzine editor and very occasional conrunner original from Scotland. He later moved to Bristol and is currently resident in Cornwall. He was on the committee of Corflu 32 in 2015 and was co-lead on the fan programme for Eastercon 2012. He was a candidate in 2004 GUFF Race. As well as fanzines, he co-edited the progress reports for Novacon 44.

He lives with his partner, Christina Lake.
