D. Douglas Fratz

Doug Fratz was a long-time fan who was an aerosol scientist in mundane life. He was a member of the University of Maryland SF Society in the early 70s. He was primarily known for publishing Thrust (later named Quantum and ultimately merged with Science Fiction Eye) beginning in 1973 and was a prolific reviewer. He also published Crifanac and Crap.
