Bob (Robert H.) Richardson was a British fan who was a member of the Cheltenham Circle (of which he was Treasurer), of the Liverpool Group, the Gestalters, and one of the founders of the Order of St. Fantony of which he was Knight Armorer. He was on the Brumcon committee. In mundane life, he had spent sixteen years in the Royal Navy.
