Balticon 33 was a convention held at the Omni Inner Harbor Hotel, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 2-4, 1999. The GoHs were David Weber, Jennifer Weyland, and Echo's Children. In addition, the special guests were Dick Dyzel, Conrad Brooks and the "special Magic guests" were Steve Myers and Dennis Haney.

The chairman was Jeff Olhoeft.

James Stoddard won the Compton Crook Award for The High House. The previous year's winner was Katie Waitman
