A comb-bound, 8.5x11", 34-page index to the prozine Unknown (later called Unknown Worlds) which was compiled by Stuart Hoffman and published in 1955 by Sirius Press. Introduction by Robert Bloch. It includes both author and title listings.
In 1976 Arthur Metzger published An Index & Short History of Unknown that also contained author and title listings. In addition, a brief history and information on reprints and cover artists were included.
