A guideline for convention goers, attributed to Doc Passovoy, stipulating some minimum daily requirements: 5 hours’ sleep, 2 meals, 1 shower. (There is a variant called the 6 - 2 - 1 rule.)
There have been persistent attempts to interpret this as "5 meals, 2 hours' sleep and who has time for a shower?"
