Was Wilson in the US or Asia when this was published?

Coprofile 1, dated 1-11-68, which I read as 1 November 1968, was intended for the "Christmas mailing" of N'APA. In 1968, would that date allow time for the typed pages to reach Wally Weber in Seattle via airmail from Vientiane, Laos? I don't know. From other sources, I gather that Wilson had home leave every three years. F.M Busby reported that Wilson was at Funcon II/Westercon in 1969. Unless Wilson had an extra visit home in 1968 or 1969, he was probably in Laos in 1968. The printed address on the last page of Coprofile 1 is Art Wilson, Air America, Inc., APO San Francisco, 96352.
