Polly Johnson was a member of the Tolkien Society of Peekskill, who published its clubzine, first as Shiretalk, then News from Bree. When she moved from Peekskill, NY, to San Antonio, TX, she continued to edit it but re-named it Southwest of Bree and published it as her own J. R. R. Tolkien fanzine.
