A Michael "Sparks" Rennie is a UK con-running fan who found fandom in 1990. He has worked on a variety of UK regionals and Worldcons, including chairing Hypotheticon II. He was a founder of Cookoo's Nest and a member of Io. He has been a member of Friends of Kilgore Trout.
He was co-editor of TBD.
