Jimmy Ivins was a fan probably from the Manchester, UK area active in the 1950s. He was likely a member of the Nor'west Science Fantasy Club and an attendee of Coroncon of 1953 as he contributed to the former's group report of the latter, 'Things We Hear About the Coroncon' published in Astroneer (Summer 1953).
