Arthur H. Tavinder was a UK fan from Staffordshire active in the 1950s. He was a founder member of the British Science Fiction Association (BSFA).
Tavinder had been a member of the Supermancon in 1954 although it's not known if he actually attended. In Triode #20 (October 1974), Eric Bentcliffe recalled producing a BSFA-sponsored history and checklist for New Worlds in 1959 and credits 'Arthur Tavinder (another active new fan)' with producing the stencils.
