The formal name given to the only fannish affliction that is worse than gafia. It is less formally known as fallen armpits. At one time it was suspected of being spread by infected mimeograph stencils. It has no symptoms whatsoever, making it very difficult to diagnose.
On the other hand, the only known cure, drinking blog, is worse than the disease itself but better than gafia and about on a par with the Fannish Inquisition or death by strangulation or even the Mahler 9th.
