Robert Charles Wilson is a SF author, primarily known as a novelist, who was born in the United States, but who grew up in Canada. He became a Canadian citizen in 2007.
His short fiction has been collected in The Perseids and Other Stories. Wilson's first publication appeared in the February, 1975, issue of Analog under the name Bob Chuck Wilson.
