Fanzine of the N3F's Fan Research Bureau, edited by John Thiel.

The purpose of the zine is to educate new SF fans on the history of fandom.

N3F Historian Jon D. Swartz is Associate Editor. Origin currently is reprinting his Historical Vignettes, originally published in N3F's The National Fantasy Fan.

An article on the 1944 Fanzine Yearbook appeared in the May, 2019 issue.

Other historical vignette are scheduled to be reprinted in Origin.
