Brian Marshall was a fan likely from Manchester, UK active in the 1960s. He was a member of the Delta SF Film Group and was part of the crew for their Breathworld, and attended the The Horror Film Club of Great Britain's Convention in 1966. He was on the committee for Thirdmancon, the 1968 Eastercon
