Roger Jones was a UK fan and small press magazine editor active from the early 1970s. He produced the fanzine 4M with his brother Trevor Jones and George P. Townsend in 1971–2. In 1999 he launched the online magazine Full Moon 2000, later renamed Full Moon SF, reprinting material from the earlier print magazines Dream and New Moon edited by his brother and Townsend.
