(???? – )
William 'Bill' S. Shelton was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s. He was a subscriber to Futurian War Digest.
Shelton served in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War and wrote from various places including Egypt, often sending greetings to his friend Harry Turner and once, via Futurian War Digest #16, to the Denvention which had unfortunately happened six months earlier. He was a beneficiary of the BSFWRS, acknowledging sundry prozines which 'had a big circulation in this particular strip of aridity' (Futurian War Digest #25).
He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom for 1945 but not later directories.
