Raymond A. Bowen was a UK fan from Gravesend in Kent active from the 1950s until at least 1970s. He was a founder member of the British Science Fiction Association (BSFA).
Having joined the Association in 1958 he remained a member until at least 1972 although he'd left by 1976. He was also a reader of Burroughsania
