T. D. Moore was a UK fan active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS). It's not clear where he was from as at the time of his membership his address was in the BAOR, the British Army of the Rhine. It's possible that he knew Ken Slater who was also stationed there but then so where 50,000 other people.
He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
