B. Lee was a UK fan from Manchester active in the 1940s. He was a member of the Science Fantasy Society (SFS).
It's possible that this is Brenda Gabrielle Lee but she was from Leeds earlier in the decade and the SFS membership list seems to preface female names with Miss or Mrs so it's unlikely.
He does not appear in the Directory of Science Fiction Fandom for 1955.
