Pete Pennington was a UK fan from Plymouth active in the 1940s and perhaps the 1950s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) and the Science Fantasy Society (SFS). He had a brief letter in Slant #3, praising its '‘Great yarn, highly original'.
He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
