Tom Moulton was a UK fan from Blackpool active in the 1940s and 1950s. He was seemingly a member of the British Fantasy Library (BFL) as he was using their trading bureau in Operation Fantast #2. He was also in the N3F in 1949 and 1952
He does not appear in the 1945 Directory of Anglo-Fandom.
