F. N. Cramp was a UK fan from Kent active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS).

Cramp joined the BFS in September 1943 with contact details suggesting he was in the Royal Air Force. How he came to the BFS, what he thought of it, and any further involvement with fandom will likely remain a mystery as he is not mentioned in later editions of the British Fantasy Society Bulletin and nor is he listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945.
