(???? – )

Colin Brown was a UK fan from Edinburgh in Scotland active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS), joining in December 1945 when his subscription of 4/- (four shillings) earned him an excitable '!' from British Fantasy Society Bulletin editor D. R. Smith as the going rate was only 2/6 (two shillings and sixpence). In that same issue (#24) he was reported as being interested in buying back numbers of science-fiction magazines.

He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 although marked 'not in touch at the present moment'.
