Arthur G. Skeel (his surname sometimes spelled Sheel) was a UK fan from London active in the 1940s. He was a member of the British Fantasy Society (BFS).
He was in contact with Futurian War Digest from May 1941 and joined the BFS around August 1942. Issues of the British Fantasy Society Bulletin sometimes spell his name Sheel but the balance favours Skeel. He was called up to the Royal Air Force in October 1943.
He is listed in the Directory of Anglo-Fandom of 1945 but not in later directories.
