Pictish was a British APA in the 1980s and 1990s. It was definitely active between 1988 and 1994 and possibly earlier and/or later. There seems to have been a focus on Scotland and Scottish fans but not exclusively so as members included Moira J. Shearman who was Scottish and Maureen Speller who really wasn't.
