(???? – )

Adrian Cook, also known as Adj Cook, was a British fan from Cornwall active in the 1960s. He was a member of the BSFA from at least 1961 and published three issues of a fanzine Warlock through the Association's PADS in 1967. He has the dubious distinction of being the sole occupant of the 10th and final PADS mailing in late 1967. In Haverings 41 (September 1969) Ethel Lindsay reported that he was engaged so he presumably maintained at least some fannish contact up to that point.
