(Did you mean Ed Meskys' SAPSzine?)
The Arkham Sampler was an American weird fiction magazine published Winter 1948– Autumn 1949 from Sauk City, WI, for eight quarterly issues. Edited by August Derleth, it was the first of two magazines published by Arkham House.
The cover was designed by Ronald Clyne and printed in alternating colors. Each issue had a print run of 1,200 copies with the exception of the final, Winter 1949, "All Science-Fiction Issue," of which 2,000 copies were printed.
