This is a somewhat mysterious convention in Colorado Springs, CO run by a group of fans led by some people originally from Champaign / Urbana Illinois, Penny Tegen and Al Tegen. It was locally referred to as "Changing Number Con" because it started as I Khan. It ended when their hotel was converted to apartments and they could not find another place they could afford.
