(June 7, 1945 --]

Kristina Hallind joined the Lund sf club LF3 shortly after beginning her studies at Lund University in the mid-1960s, and since then has played a major part in the club. She was actively involved in the conventions held in Lund under the club's auspices, contributed essays, short stories, poems, and reviews to several fanzines and in 1971 co-edited Sf forum with fellow Lundensian Peder Carlsson. For the past more than forty years, she has informally chaired the LF3 club, and is the link between it and the rest of Swedish fandom. Professionally, Hallind holds a doctorate in Literature and has worked as a high school teacher at one of Sweden's most prestigious and oldest schools, the Cathedral School in Lund. She is an expert on modernist Swedish poetry as well as on modern Swedish art.
