Don Chappell

Donald Azelle Chappell, was born in Texas in 1927. He later lived in Tulsa, OK and was a fan active in the 1950s, was president of the Oklahoma Science Fiction Confederation, pubbed the fanzine Nite Cry and attended Oklacon. He married Evelyn Dolores Chappell in 1947 and they had two daughters and a son.
They later moved to the Poughkeepsie, NY area and then to the Tucson, AZ area where Don died in 2022.
