Niagara Falls, New York, is where the famous waterfalls are. The Canadian side is where you go if you want to see them.
Nocon, Contradiction and some Eeriecons were held in Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls in '53 and Niagara Falls in '98 bid but failed to win the Worldcon. The Niagara Falls Science Fiction Association existed in the 1990s.
Joe Maraglino pubbed the excellent fanzine Astromancer Quarterly and Linda Michaels drew very fine fanart there.
