The Proceedings of the Institute for Twenty-First Century Studies was a sercon fanzine edited by Theodore Cogswell. This was a fanzine for pros published in the 1950s and early ’60s and helped lead to the creation of SFWA.
The best of PITFCS was collected in a huge book edited by Cogswell and published by Advent, PITFCS: Proceedings of the Institute for Twenty-First Century Studies (1993).
