Rustycon 1 was held January 20-22, 1984 at the Hyatt Hotel in SeaTac, WA. The GoH was Robert Lynn Asprin, the Artist GoH was William R. Warren, Jr., and the Fan GoH was Jerry Kaufman. It was chaired by Marla S. Baer.
