Luke McGuff is a fan who was fiction editor of the semi-pro SF magazine New Pathways in the late 1980s. He chaired Potlatch 6 and Potlatch 13. He ran for TAFF in 1989.
McGuff edited the posthumous tribute to Randy Byers, Thy Life's a Miracle: Selected Fannish Writings of Randy Byers, in 2019.
