(1933 -- November 7, 2013)

Jim Goldfrank was born on Long Island and was a Planet Stories letterhack in the late 40 and the 50s. He was a member of ESFA in the 50s and moved to Washington, DC in the 1960s. He started writing fanzines and quickly joined WSFA and wrote regularly for The WSFA Journal. In 1975 he was one of the founding members of the Potomac River Science Fiction Society. He retired in the late 90s and moved to Ocala, FL in 2006. In Ocala, he founded the Oak Run Science Fiction Society.
